Thrust ball bearings, also known as thrust bearings, have a structure consisting of the upper, lower ring and roller assembly - center spacing ring. shaft from shaft to bearing. The inner ring has grooves on both sides while the outer ring has grooves on only one side. These bearings withstand axial forces in both directions and cannot withstand radial forces.

Spindle ball bearings with spacing are usually made of stamped steel for small ball bearings and of monolithic cast brass for large ball bearings. Manufactured bearings guarantee precision in normal operation, in a position where the precision is more demanding, or where a higher rotation speed is required, bearings with higher precision are use.
